Preben Andreassen started his career within Healthcare as a biomedical engineer at Haukeland University Hospital in Bergen, Norway 2005 after completing his electronic engineering education. In 2007 Preben moved to NordicNeuroLab Ab to work with fMRi (Functional magnetic resonance imaging) products. During the Summer of 2008 Preben moved to Oslo and GE Healthcare working with the GE general x-ray and MRI product range working throughout Nordic. After 3 1/2 year Preben moved to Philips Healthcare in Stockholm working primarily with project, installation and service of MRI and Mammography systems within Sweden. PreCuris was founded after a career spaning 10 years within Healthcare in February 2016 following a lifelong dream of starting his own enterprise. Preben started his Executive Leadership Program at Handelshögskolan i Stockholm Executive Education in 2017.

Christian Elmehagen is the Healthcare & Life Science Leader of IBM Sweden and part of the European Healthcare Leadership team. IBM is one of the largest IT companies in the world, approx. 360 000 employees in 171 Countries. Christian’s organization focuses on supporting and implementing IT-solutions within Regions (Hospitals/Primary Care units), Municipalities (Social and Elderly Care facilities) and Cities. Christian has worked within the Healthcare and Welfare sector since 2006, before IBM, Christian worked in leading positions at Tieto Healthcare & Welfare AB and before that at Inera AB. Always passionate about driving change, efficiency and modernizing Healthcare, an extra important area for Christian is achieving an equal Healthcare.

Before and in parallel to his career within the Healthcare industry Christian is the founder and owner of the Venture Capital and Investment Company, WingCap AB.

WingCap AB today has a global portfolio of Companies with a special focus within: Real Estate, Life Science and Healthcare Christian holds a B.B.A from the Mid University in Sweden. He is also an experienced Chairman and/or Board member both from smaller start-up companies and a public listed Company.

Leo Douglas has a deep background from government agencies and civil society, such as The Ministry for Foreign Affairs (Embassy of Sweden in Kenya), Skolinspektionen (Swedish Schools Inspectorate), Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) and FN-förbundet (Swedish United Nations Association). He has also worked at the business magazine Realtid.se. Leo has since 2013 worked at Philips Healthcare, he has held various roles at the company including Export Project Manager, Management Consultant and Business Development Consultant at Philips Healthcare. In 2018, he started working as Senior Business Consultant at Tieto.

Leo has been studying and working in several different countries such as Ecuador, Slovakia, Spain, Poland, Kenya, China, Italy and Ireland. He commands three languages fluently, in addition to his native language Swedish, he is fluently in both English and Spanish and commands advanced knowledge in Italian.

Leo holds a B.A in Political Science and Social Anthropology from University of Stockholm and Dual-Degree Master (M.A.) in Public Administration from Uppsala University.

With a background in digital transformation the last 15 years covering several sectors including public sector and healthcare he have had the privilege to be involved in how technology together with new operating models and business models has an immense impact. With a background in elite team sports and a Swedish national champion and junior national team player he is quite competitive and planned in setting visions, goals and how to deliver on them. Nowadays this is driven to deliver in the promise of e-health and the digital transformation of healthcare that we are in dire need of. Currently he holds the position as Director Service Operations Region Europe at Elekta.
