Preben Andreassen started his career within Healthcare as a biomedical engineer at Haukeland University Hospital in Bergen, Norway 2005 after completing his electronic engineering education. In 2007 Preben moved to NordicNeuroLab Ab to work with fMRi (Functional magnetic resonance imaging) products. During the Summer of 2008 Preben moved to Oslo and GE Healthcare working with the GE general x-ray and MRI product range working throughout Nordic. After 3 1/2 year Preben moved to Philips Healthcare in Stockholm working primarily with project, installation and service of MRI and Mammography systems within Sweden. PreCuris was founded after a career spaning 10 years within Healthcare in February 2016 following a lifelong dream of starting his own enterprise. Preben started his Executive Leadership Program at Handelshögskolan i Stockholm Executive Education in 2017. Preben command two languages fluently, in addition to his native language Norwegian, he is fluently in both English and Swedish.

Robert Wennberg is the CFO for PreCuris AB’s. He works as a group manager at the accounting office Lamooi Accounting.
Robert has a background from both major and smaller financial agencies, where he mainly works with owner-run companies in different sizes and industries.

Leo Douglas has a deep background from government agencies and civil society, such as The Ministry for Foreign Affairs (Embassy of Sweden in Kenya), Skolinspektionen (Swedish Schools Inspectorate), Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) and FN-förbundet (Swedish United Nations Association). He has also worked at the business magazine Realtid.se. Leo has since 2013 worked at Philips Healthcare, he has held various roles at the company including Export Project Manager, Management Consultant and Business Development Consultant at Philips Healthcare. In 2018, he started working as Senior Business Consultant at Tieto.
Leo has been studying and working in several different countries such as Ecuador, Slovakia, Spain, Poland, Kenya, China, Italy and Ireland. He commands three languages fluently, in addition to his native language Swedish, he is fluently in both English and Spanish and commands advanced knowledge in Italian.
Leo holds a B.A in Political Science and Social Anthropology from University of Stockholm and Dual-Degree Master (M.A.) in Public Administration from Uppsala University.

Johan Höglund is Vice President at Tieto, one of the largest IT companies in the Nordics. At Tieto he heads the Healthcare, Welfare and Education unit which employs 1,400 professionals in 32 offices across the Nordics, with support sites in India and Poland. Johan’s organization focuses on delivering mission-critical IT solutions to Hospitals, Schools, Health Regions, Cities, local health clinics, national healthcare authorities and individual citizens – indeed all participants in public and private care and education in the Nordics. Johan is passionate about transforming the public sector through new business models, rapid innovation and digitalization. He has extensive international business experience and is a well-respected leader in the domain. His specific areas of expertise include business strategy, organizational development, change management, Lean management and Agile software development.
Previously, Johan has worked for Philips Healthcare, where he held the position of Country Manager, Sweden. He holds a M.Sc. and EMBA from University of Stockholm. Johan was in 2017, for the second year in row, named one of the top 20 most influential people within the Swedish MedTech and life science domain. Johan is also Board Member in the external start-up company WOC, War On Cancer, focusing on digital services for cancer patients, from diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

For more than 25 years Thorsten has been leading business transformation in the medical technology industry for companies such as Philips Medical Systems and Elekta, the leading innovator of equipment and software used to improve, prolong and save the lives of people with cancer and brain disorders. During his career he gathered significant international experience in more than 40 countries in Europe, Russia and Maghreb. Thorsten succeeded in leading management positions like 13 years’ Service Director Elekta Germany, 4 years’ Service Director Elekta Central Europe and 3 years’ Service Delivery Director Europe at Elekta.
Currently he holds the position as Director Service Operations Region Europe at Elekta.

With a background in elite team sports and a Swedish national champion and junior national team player he is quite competitive and planned in setting visions, goals and how to deliver on them. Nowadays this is driven to deliver in the promise of e-health and the digital transformation of healthcare that we are in dire need of.
